The 2 month BBQ marathon ended today with the Eritrean Canadian Association of Ontario (ECAO) concluding the fundraising activities of various Eritrean organizations and communities. Today was also the last day for all the Eritrean children that were getting together every Sunday for a soccer game sponsored by the ECAO. The kids got to take home trophies for their sportsmanship and dedication to their games and their community. The kids also had a BBQ lunch treated by the coaches and ECAO. The coaches contributed the lunch for the kids using the same money that was awarded to them by the parents of the children on the last winter indoor soccer activities.
