A public seminar was held in Toronto, conducted by the office of the embassy of Eritrea in Canada. The public seminar was held to address issues of the border demarcation and other points relating to development in Eritrea. Consul Nura outlined that the border demarcation was final and binding. She also urged that the position of the Eritrean government and Eritreans now was to encourage the international community to pressure Ethiopia in accepting the verdict by the border commission. Consul Nura stated that Eritrea has developed strong diplomatic ties and that it is continuing to do so.
